Terms and Conditions

 

Chapter 1 General Rule

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define 119 14 (site name) collectively as the 'Company' and users (general customers, reservations) who use the Internet service provided by the Company as regular users or members, and to stipulate the obligations and responsibilities between the 'Company' and the 'User' or 'Member', and the matters to be observed when using the service.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. The contents of these Terms shall be effective by posting on the service screen or otherwise disclosing it, and by the member who agrees to it uses the service.
2. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions and the name of the company, the location of the office, the name of the representative, the business registration number, the contact information (telephone, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial screen of the service so that the member can know.
3. These Terms and Conditions may be amended within the scope of the Laws of the Republic of Korea if the Company deems it necessary, and if the Company revises the Terms, it shall specify the date of application and reasons for revision, and shall notify the service initial screen with the current terms and conditions 7 days prior to the scheduled application date.
4. Members or users who do not agree to the changed terms and conditions may express their intention not to agree at any time. If a member who has already entered into a contract has not terminated the use agreement after announcing the revised terms and conditions on the Company's site, he/she shall be deemed to have approved the changed terms.
5. The Company may place separate terms and conditions, regulations, and detailed instructions for use for individual services, and if the contents conflict with these Terms, the Individual Service Terms shall prevail.
Article 3 (Non-Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws or correlations, such as the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, etc.
 
Article 4 (Definition of Term)
THE DEFINITIONS OF THE TERMS USED IN THESE TERMS ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS.1. SERVICE: SERVICE THAT THE COMPANY PROVIDES USERS OR MEMBERS TO USE THROUGH PCS, PORTABLE TERMINALS, ETC.  
2. Users and members: Those who have applied for and booked the use of the service
3. site: Web-based wired or wireless homepage that provides services
4. Operator: A person selected by the Company for the overall management and smooth operation of the Service.
5.Termination: The company or member cancels the use contract after booking the service
6. Post: A general term for information such as videos, articles, photos, drawings, files, links, and replies posted by members.

 

Chapter 2 Terms of Service and Membership Management

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)1. The use contract shall be established by the company's approval to apply for use by the member.
2. When a member applies for use under paragraph 1, the Company must enter the requirements for managing the member. Article 6 (Application and Execution of Use)1. Persons (individuals or organizations) who wish to use the Service must apply for the use of the Service online or by telephone in accordance with the form specified by the Company.2. In principle, if the applicant is under the age of 19 (including civil law conduct persons), the service cannot be used.
3. The Company may limit the acceptance of the application for each of the following subparagraphs, and may terminate the use contract even after reserving or approving the approval until this reason is resolved.
  - If technically unable to provide services or service-related facilities are insufficient
  - If you do not have a real name or apply falsely when registering as a user, such as the use of someone else's name
  - If you are missing the user registration or applying to come
  - If you are under the age of 19
  - When applied for the purpose of hindering or hindering the well-being, order or morals of society
  - If the purpose of using the service or the act of use violates laws or may infringe on the rights of third parties
  - Use of fraudulent methods for the service, such as exploiting malware and bugs or exploiting system vulnerabilities
  - If the requirements for application for use set by the Company are not met
4. In accordance with the application pursuant to paragraph 1, the Company may request real name verification and identity verification through a professional organization.
Article 7 (Change of Member Information)
1. The Company does not accept separate memberships and the information entered at the time of application cannot be modified for service management.
2. If the information stated at the time of application for use is changed, the member shall immediately notify the change in a separate prescribed form and method of use specified by the Company.
3. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the 'Member' not notifying the change.

Chapter 3 General Matters regarding the Use of Services

Article 8 (Commencement of Use of the Service)
1. The Company will start the service from the time of approval of the member's application for use. However, for some services, the service will be started from the specified date.
2. If the service cannot be started due to a business or technical failure of the Company, it shall be disclosed on the website or notified to the member.
3. The Company may request a separate or additional registration process from the Member to provide certain services, and if you use such certain services, the Terms of Use, Regulations or Bylaws for such Sites or Services will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Company may divide the members into grades according to the company policy and put differentials in their use.
 
Article 9 (Change of Contract)
You can make changes by contacting the Company by wire if you wish to make the following changes.1. Booker name and contact2. E-mail Address3. Other minor matters recognized by the Company
 
section 10 (notices to members)
1. If the Company notifies the Member, it may do so at the e-mail address submitted by the Member to the Company.
2. In the event of notifications to an unspecified number of members, the Company may change individual notices by posting them on the bulletin board.  
 
Article 11 (Service Use Time)
The service is available 24/7(09:00-20:00) 11 hours a day, unless there is a special disruption in the company's business and technology. However, the day or time set by the company may vary as required for regular inspections.
 
Article 12 (Reservation Number, etc.)

1. The member is responsible for all management of the booking number.

2. The Member may not share, transfer or change the booking number unless there is an obvious reason.

3. The Member shall be responsible for any negligence in the use of the Service or fraudulent use by a third party arising out of the reservation number given to the Member.

 
Article 13 (Restriction of Service Use and Termination of Use Contract)

1. If a member wishes to terminate the service use contract, he/she must apply for termination to the company online or by wire.

2. The Company may terminate the use contract or suspend the provision of the service within one month if the member falls under the following subparagraphs.

(1) When using another person's personal information and reservation number

(2) Unauthorized reproduction of service contents without prior consent of the Company

(3) Intentionally interfering with the operation of the service

(4) Intentional dissemination of content that interferes with public order and morals

(5) If you have acted to damage or penalize the honor of others

(6) When the Company deems it unfit as a user

Article 14 (Deletion of Member Posts and Restrictions on Use of Services)

1. The Company may delete the contents of the member's publication or registration as necessary if it deems the postings inappropriate.

2. The Company may partially restrict the member's use of the service if it determines that the capacity of the facility for the service cannot be afforded.

3. In the case of paragraph 2, the Company shall notify the matter online in advance.

4. The Company may delete the contents of the service posted or registered by the Member without prior notice to the Member if it is deemed to fall within the following subp:

(1) Slandering other users or third parties or damaging their honor by slander.

(2) Dissemination of information, sentences, shapes, etc. that violate public order and morals

(3) When it is deemed to be linked to anti-state, antisocial or criminal acts;

(4) In case of infringement of other rights, such as copyrights of other users or third parties

(5) If the publishing period exceeds the prescribed period

(6) When it is deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations


Article 15 (Suspension and Limitation of Service Provision)

1. The Company may stop providing the service if it falls under each of the following subparagraphs:

(1) Unavoidable case due to repair or construction of service facilities

When a telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act stops telecommunications services

(3) Unavoidable due to natural disasters

2. The Company may suspend or limit the provision of the Service when there is an obstacle to the use of the Service, such as a national emergency, failure of service facilities, or excessive use of the Service.

Chapter 4 Obligations of companies and members

Article 16 (Protection of Personal Information)
1. The Company collects the minimum information necessary to collect the member's information.
2. When collecting a member's personal information, the member's consent is obtained except in the following cases.
 (1) If there are special provisions in the law
 (2) When it is necessary for the performance of electronic transaction contracts
 (3) When it is necessary to settlement the fee according to the provision of Digital Contents, etc.
3. The Company shall be responsible for the damage caused by the member when providing it to a third party without the consent of the member and other than for the purpose of personal information.
However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
 - When it is for the purpose of statistical writing, promotional materials, academic research, etc. that cannot identify a specific person
4. Members may always view, correct or request deletion of their information, and the Company shall process the deletion as soon as the request is received.
5. Minimize the number of personal information managers and hold the person in charge of loss, theft, leakage, and alteration of personal information.
6. When the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved, the personal information shall be destroyed without delay.
Article 17 (Protection of Payment Information)
The Company makes the best institutional and technical device efforts to protect individual payment information so that members can use internet services with confidence.
 - We strive to have the best security system for the protection of personal credit information.
Article 18 (Obligations of the Company)
1. The Company shall maintain the facilities for the service installed in the Company to be suitable for the continuous and reliable provision of services, and shall repair or repair the facilities for service in the event of a failure or failure of the facilities.
2. The Company does not divulge or distribute personal information of users who know about the provision of services to third parties without their consent.
3. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, this shall not be the case if there is a request from a state agency under the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, or if there is a warrant issued by a judge for investigative purposes.
4. The Company will notify the service screen online if there are any changes or additions to the contents of the Service.

Chapter 5 Prohibition of Objections and Claims for Damages

Article 19 (Prohibition of Appeals)
Members may not file appeals and complaints regarding any problems arising from the use of the services provided by the Company.

Article 20 (Prohibition of Claims for Damages)
The Member shall not claim damages from the Company and its authorities for any problems arising from the use of the services provided by the Company, and the Company shall not be liable for such matters.
By-laws
1. (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will be effective from January 2016.
