Basic use guide

• Due to the nature of the dog house building, there is no waiting space available. Please note that if you arrive earlier than check-in time, you will be able to wait in your car.

• Please be sure to comply with the number of guests based on the reservation when using the room. (If the number of people booked is different, the room may not be available.)

  • In addition to a grill, glass-partio outdoor batter, and wireless internet, each room's kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities and tools.

  • For a pleasant environment, meat and seafood are never cooked in the rooms. (Butan-000)

• Barbecue access

  • Barbecue set guidance (including charcoal & grill)

    1. (1) Han Woo Sirloin Barbecue Set (2 persons: 130,000 won): Gangwondo Han Woo Sim 1+ grade 500g, shrimp, homemade sausage, sunshine, wakame soup, kimchi, ramen noodles, rice vegetables and assorted grilled vegetables and various other spices

    2. (2) Neck Barbecue Set (2 persons: 80,000 won): 500 g of neck meat, shrimp, homemade small paper, sunshine, wakame soup, kimchi, ramen noodles, rice vegetables and assorted grilled vegetables and various spices

  • Charcoal & Grill 2 people: 20,000 won (10,000 won per additional 1)

  • The barbecue grill of 119 14 only use private charcoal.

  • Please request charcoal & grill at least 2 hours in advance. (Admission - 19:30)

    • Please contact us at least 20:00 for all use-related inquiries, including charcoal and grills. After 20:00, the inquiry service will be terminated, making it difficult for employees to respond.

  • Use the glass patio outdoor seating on the barbecue

    1. • Please do not turn on the barbecue outside the time of use, and please turn it off after use.

    2. • For fire prevention purposes, use is prohibited after 9:00 p.m.

• Bathers, candles and petals are not available at the spa. (The user is responsible for the change in the event of a problem due to a spa failure.)

• Please note that the property is subject to damage, damage, or loss of facilities.

• Robes, towels, furniture and bedding are available. Please contact your administrator for more information.

Please note that when you leave the office

• Minors are not allowed to make reservations and enter without a guardian.

• The use of candles and firecrackers at risk of fire, butane, brases, etc. are prohibited.

• The following cases will not be accepted and will be treated the same as cancellation.

  • Pets are not allowed when entering the room / If you have more than one person in the room other than the number of people booked / Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to enter the room

• Guests must check out upon departure and please be careful not to lose their room key. (User's charge of 20,000 won in production cost in case of loss)

• If you leave early, you will not be able to transfer your room to another person.

Use precautions

• All rooms are non-smoking. (Forced to leave the room and non-refundable if smoking)

• If you are taking commercial photographs in addition to taking photos for personal use, please contact us in advance.

• Please note that the user is responsible for loss or damage to vehicles and valuables, or in case of safety accidents caused by personal negligence.

• You must deposit your deposit within 4 hours of booking. However, reservations must be made within 2 hours of the day before and on the day of stay.
  (The deposit wait time is set automatically, and if the time has passed, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.)

• Once the deposit has been made, the booking will be completed and you will receive a text message at the mobile number you entered at the time of booking.
  The deposit must be made under the name of the reservation. Please call us to confirm when you make a deposit in the other person's account.
  

• If there are additional guests regardless of the stay, an additional charge will be charged at the time of entering the property. Please note the benefits.

• Changes to the room after booking will need to be re-booked after the cancellation.

• Please inform us of your arrival time at the time of booking and we will prepare you in advance to enjoy the spa in comfort.

Room rates

Cancellations and refunds

Pre-deposit cancellations can be made at reserve now > [Confirm/Cancel Reservation], and if you do not deposit within the waiting time of the deposit after applying for a reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• If you cancel your booking after depositing, please follow the refund rules below. Please contact us for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed under the name of the depositor and will be credited at the time of deposit, excluding the transfer fee.

• Cancellation fees are based on the amount paid, not the reservation fee.

• Please note that changes to the room and the date of booking will also need to be re-booked after the cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged.

• If you make a reservation on the same day and cancel the same day after depositing, you will be subject to the refund rules below as of the date of booking.

• The night before 00:00 (midnight) on the day of stay is 1 day prior to the stay and is 1 day in 24 hours.

• Please check the refund criteria below in advance and carefully cancel and change your booking. (Additional services will be refunded 100% regardless of the length of time.)
