What are the spa hours and precautions?
All the outdoor spas in every room can be used in the winter too.
It is a private space, so there is no dress-up, but bathing should not be used.
Due to the nature of the open-air spring, it can be used in the rain, but there is no shield preventing rain.
What is the admission and leave time?
Check in time 3:00 p.m. and the check out time is 11:00 a.m.

You will be called to your mobile phone in the morning of the day, and after arrival, park in front of your room and call the staff to help you check in.
If I can't make a barbecue reservation at the time of booking, can I order on the same day?
If you bring all the ingredients for a barbecue, you can order Grill Service on the day of Check in.
Barbecue sets cannot be ordered on the same day due to purchases made in the morning.
Are there any cookware, wine glasses or condiments in the room?
Wine glasses, various kitchen utensils and tableware are all available, but the seasoning is not available separately.
Can I use more people than the cost and maximum number of additional personnel?
For groups exceeding the standard number of participants, the fee is 30,000 won per adult, 20,000 won per child, and free for infants.
(Infant standard: 24 months or younger, Child standard: 13 years old or younger)

Can I bring my own barbecue grill?

The floor of the barbecue on 119 14 is wooden, so there is a risk of fire when using a regular grill.
